Survey the navigable waterway and 72-acre site. Research upstream contributing areas. Model waterway and site in HEC-RAS. Create plans and specifications. Obtain local and WDNR permits. Oversee bidding process and selection of construction general contractor. Complete construction staking and administration. Verify construction with As-built Survey and record drawings.
Project Description:
Project area includes a 72-acre Residential Subdivision with 8 single-family residential lots. Construction of a 1,300 linear foot roadway with a 15-foot arch culvert at a navigable waterway crossing. A Flood Study was conducted to determine arch culvert sizing and waterway flood plain extents.
