Project Description

• Project area includes a 72-acre Residential Subdivision with 8 single-family residential lots.

• Construction of a 1,300 linear foot roadway with a 15-foot arch culvert at a navigable waterway crossing.

• A Flood Study was conducted to determine arch culvert sizing and waterway flood plain extents.

M&E Approach

• Survey the navigable waterway and 72-acre site.

• Research upstream contributing areas.

• Model waterway and site in HEC-RAS.

• Create plans and specifications.

• Obtain local and WDNR permits.

• Oversee bidding process and selection of construction general contractor.

• Complete construction staking and administration.

• Verify construction with As-built Survey and record drawings.
