We are seeking a self-motivated Professional Land Surveyor to Manage our satellite office in Omro WI and who has a desire to be a part of our growing land surveying and engineering company, and has the following skills and qualifications:
- Should have office management skills to communicate professionally with clients and government agencies
- Have the ability to plan, organize and direct staff on project specific tasks
- Responsible for tracking project budgets and billing obligations.
- Performs field surveying or construction staking services.
- No physical limitations to restrict the ability to work through inclement weather or terrain, remain standing or walking for several hours at a time or lift 40 pounds.
- Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software to perform topographic survey, construction layout and staking, development of certified survey maps, plats of survey and ALTA surveys.
- Ability to operate Robotic Total Station/GPS and data collection systems.
- Communicate with project teams in all departments.
- Have the ability to provide overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in any other assigned tasks in support of the company team.
Qualifications and education requirements;
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in surveying from an accredited institution
- 4 or more years of experience
- Professional Land Surveyor License/Registration
- Valid Driver’s License
